1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UkusAP, an AP Calculus BC exam-preparation platform. By registering for an account or using UkusAP in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

UkusAP is intended for students generally aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before creating an account. By using UkusAP, you confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

When using UkusAP, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the question bank, solutions, or other platform content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's operation
• Use UkusAP to violate your school's or exam board's academic-integrity policies
• Submit false or abusive question reports

5. Educational purpose only

UkusAP is a study aid intended to help you practice for the AP Calculus BC exam. It is not a substitute for instruction from a qualified teacher, and we do not guarantee any particular exam score or outcome.

6. Intellectual property

All questions, solutions, graphics, and platform design are the property of UkusAP or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal exam preparation, but may not reproduce or distribute them elsewhere without permission.

7. Trademark disclaimer

AP® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, UkusAP.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

UkusAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the question bank accurate, and you can report any issues directly from a question page — but we don't guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UkusAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may stop using UkusAP and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as UkusAP evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of UkusAP after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
